What is EFT?
EFT or Tapping involves a gentle tapping using your fingers on certain body points while repeating various phrases. This produces a genuine therapeutic effect now becoming recognised worldwide.
How it works
EFT (Tapping) takes us to the source of our negative believe patterns, from which uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or troubling memories first arise.
As we ‘tap’ on various points while focusing on the negative belief, thought or emotion, we can experience relief, relaxation, and promotion of healing around emotional or physical issues which may be holding us back.
EFT can be used for many issues including; anxiety, fear, weight loss, pain, trauma, stress, and depression
Gary Craig introduced EFT (tapping) to the world. It’s a powerful technique and research is showing just how powerful it is. You can tap on your own but if you want to go deeper, it is advisable to work with an EFT practitioner.
