Hi, I’m Deb Hill,  an EFT practitioner, and I take an energetic approach to emotional wellbeing.

And like many others, I too have achieved deep and lasting change through using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

After years of using talk therapy alone, I came across EFT and it’s become my core tool of practice.

Using EFT, you can experience real change in your life.

You can clear the pain with EFT

Thing is, the pain that holds you back isn’t going anywhere until you address it, once and for all. Years spent avoiding our pain through addictions, over spending, relationships – whatever! None of these behaviours deal with the core issue which caused the pain in the first place.

However, once you address the core issue, the pain vanishes, and so too your need to suppress it, because it no longer exists!

This is where EFT really meets the challenge. Tapping as you talk, can reduce the intensity of your feelings until the situation creating them has been resolved. How long this takes depends on what the situation is, and how long you’ve carried it.

Therefore, one of the most important attitudes you can approach EFT with is a willingness to let go of the pain from the past!

As you free yourself from pain in one area, your motivation to clear more becomes activated, leading to a deeper, more meaningful understanding of who you are and why you’re here, because fear no longer holds you back.

Don’t let fear hold you back

We need to uncover the fear based, self limiting stories and attitudes, keeping us stuck in the past. Stories which create feelings of anxiety, fear, anger, sadness etc will continue to plague us until we do. We call this the shadow side.

As you address the shadow side, a genuine experience of connection and happiness begins.

The truth is, who you really are is the person you were born to be.  Underneath all that fear is a unique, wonderful, and precious human being, You!

As a trained Social Worker and Counsellor, I’ve worked in a range of Government, Non-Government and Private Practice settings with families, couples, parents, and individuals, to address a wide range of topics including:
